Providing second-level support for users of the Moodle system across the whole network of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising. Acting as an expert of e-learning related software used for designing and editing course materials. Coaching international clients in English and locals in Hungarian, also online through WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Duo, etc. ICF ACC Credential valid until Feb 2025.

I was responsible for reviewing and approving ICF accreditations for coaching education service providers/schools in the EMEA region and providing them with customer service and consultancy online.

Worked remotely on a contractor basis as Researcher EU & UK with Hanson Search, a London-based executive search agency focusing on the field of PR, marketing, and communication.

Design, develop, and teach the first online English as a Foreign Language courses of the company at four competence levels (A1-C1) for adults 20 years+, about 1,100 potential students. Full responsibility for the project as a project manager. Design tools: InkScape, Audacity, Screencast-O-Matic, Jitsi, Microsoft Office, Moodle design and management. Development of tailor-made digital course content. Teaching. Ad-hoc international relations tasks. Translation law enforcement, international relations texts.
